Doug Necci, AIA
Mr. Necci has served as an Architectural (Facade) Consultant for Novi, Michigan for approximately 20 years. In that capacity, he played a key role in the initial development of Novi's ordinance as well as provided reviews of all development projects during that period. Such projects including but not limited to, retail centers, shopping malls, office buildings, industrial, multiple and single-family residential, office/research, exposition center, hospital, commercial, restaurants, and other building types.
Mr. Necci is ACT 54 certified and is qualified to perform reviews of residential and commercial buildings for compliance with the Michigan Building Code.
